So i bought this Alesis Multimix 8 USB mixer and i plugged it into my macbook. I'm using logic express and i'm totally lost and confused. As you can see by my alias thing it has been frustrating me for a couple days now. I've tried going into settings->preferences->Audio.. and under core audio i changed the device to the USB Audio Codec. I assumed that meant the usb mixer, although i still do not get any signal. Do i need to change the input to Bus or whatever that is? Please someone out there help me.
